Google Adsense is one of the money making opportunities which allows web publishers to make money by displaying contextual ads. The ads are displayed on your website or blog by Google and for each click Google pays you a certain amount. Some of the ads also pay for impressions. • If you have done right formatting, your text ads will blend with your content on your website. This can really be beneficial to you. The ads which are blended into the content will have more chances of getting a click. They will look more like the part of the content rather than separate advertisement units.

• Another advantage with the text ads is that they will occupy less space. This way you can easily integrate more ads in less space. It also helps you to devote more space to the content than advertisement. Whereas if you are choosing the image ads, you will be left with less space to put the content of the website. This will leave a negative impression on the visitors.

• Remember that the people tend to like text ads but they hate the image ads and the banners. Most of the times the image ads are in form of banners and the people will not click them anyway. Then what is the point using them? Avoid any ads other than text ads. They are the best for you.

• Video ads are great if you have a website which is based on video sharing or the content is mostly in form of videos. Otherwise, you should avoid video ads. The only place where text ads get beaten is the websites with video content.

So always prefer text ads except in the last case which is mentioned above. The text ads will get more clicks and will look better on your website.
